Our plastic bottle unscrambler takes unsorted bottles, and puts them on a conveyor belt. Then the bottles travel to the following machines. Unscrambling machines can run with speeds up to 300-400 BPM (bottles/minute) depending on the bottle and the requirements. The bottles can arrive to our unscrambler in bags, carton boxes, on pallets or transported to our machine by a conveyor or feeding system. Our machines are adjustable, making them able to handle different bottle formats (in various sizes or shapes).
